The National Guard sent by Trump has entered LA.

In response to the raids and arrests of undocumented immigrants in Los Angeles, a city in the southern state of California, the United States, there has been chaos and confrontation.

Now, President Trump has ordered the deployment of 2,000 National Guard troops to LA to deal with the unrest.

(The National Guard is a state-based military force. However, it has the authority to act as a reserve force for the US military when the federal government issues an order and implements that order.)

People have been rioting in LA for two days now.

Both California Governor Gavin Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass are Democrats. Trump has criticized them as people who cannot fulfill their responsibilities.
